Return and Exchange Policy



AZIMUTH 270 PERFUMES

Customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of fragrances and personal care products, the following return and exchange conditions apply.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

Returns or exchanges are only accepted in the following cases:
  • Incorrect item received.
  • Product arrived damaged during shipping.
  • Manufacturing defect in the product.

Conditions for Approval

To qualify for a return or exchange:
  • Requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the order.
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) must be provided.
  • Customers may be asked to submit photos or videos showing the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

The following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
  • Opened or used fragrances.
  • Products with broken or removed seals.
  • Products damaged due to misuse after delivery.
  • Promotional, discounted, or clearance items unless they have a manufacturing defect.

Refund Process

  • Once the return request is approved and the product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Processing time may take between 7–14 business days depending on the payment provider.

Shipping Fees

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error made by AZIMUTH 270 PERFUMES.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled only before shipment.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
